Looking for DM and players to add content to new Twitch and Youtube channel.

We're called BaD20 (Pronounced "Bad D20") and it goes something like this. We're not professionals. We're stumbling around making fools of ourselves but we're having fun doing it and we want to share that with others. I have series in plan for both episodic YouTube series and live twitch broadcasts regarding a number of things. Right now it's mostly focused around tabletop roleplaying but I would like to branch out. I'm looking for people who would like to join as either a Member or an Actor. The difference being, Members are those people who are not only in front of the camera but also helping out behind it. Actors are just people who wanna get in front of the camera. Members have a little bit more say in what goes on with BaD20. Atm, we're not for profit, all money made in donations and sponsorship goes right back into BaD20, but if we start making a proper go of it, it will be all handled professionally by a accountant and tax legal. We're also mostly only co location. We have members from all over the world starting to develop content. I'm local to Tucson though. So what am I looking for exactly? Well to start with you have to be at least 18 years of age. Sorry, this is for liability issues down the road and some adult content. You have to have a passion for gaming, either tabletop, board games or video games. You have to have a fairly regular schedule you can dedicate whether it be weekly, biweekly or even monthly, there has to be a span we can count on you for doing your show, unless there's and emergency of course. We're giving priority to people who have the following skills: Artists Graphic Designers Video Editors Web Designers If you don't fit one of those no biggie, I'm just looking to fill some roles!
