No more players are needed. Thank you! Hello, folks! I am looking for 3-4 enthusiastic players to play The Sprawl, which is an absolutely fantastic and easy to learn cyberpunk RPG that is based on the 2d6 system used by Apocalypse World and Dungeon World. You can check out the creator's blog at http://www.ardens.org/ or see a lot of information on the kickstarter page (that has wrapped up already) https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ardensludere/the-sprawl-cyberpunk-roleplaying-powered-by-the-ap Here is how the game describes itself: " The Sprawl is a game of mission-based action in a gritty neon-and-chrome Cyberpunk future. You are the extended assets of vast multinational corporations, operating in the criminal underground, and performing the tasks that those multinationals can’t do, or can’t be seen to, do. Deniable, professional, and ultimately disposable. " We are going to create our own oppressive dystopian future and the corporations that run it together, so player creativity is encouraged! A
little bit about myself - I have run several campaigns of Apocalypse Word, and a couple campaigns of various AW hacks (including the Sprawl). I have a good grasp of AW-related systems, in terms of mechanics and GMing theory. I can run sessions
once a week, on Fridays (in the evening) or weekends
(afternoon/evenings). I usually run 2-4 hour sessions. We will be using
Skype, microphones are required. For the Sprawl, it is
important that the players are enthusiastic and can participate. If you
are shy, that is cool. If you only talk out of character through pop-culture references, this may not be the game for you. This is going to be an experience that will require some enthusiasm about cyberpunk and world building. If you are interested,
please send a private message or a forum post my way. Include your
previous roleplaying experiences, your time zone and what time you are available, and any
other information you'd like to share. Thanks!
