3D d100

Hi Team Unfortunately, there is no d100 3D-support. I can throw 2d10 or even 1d10*10+1d10. However, I always have to check the chat for the result, which is not optimal when using the side menu for other things. We do not use the chat for anything else. It would be great to have d100 roll two 3D d10 that can be distinguished (either by color or by one being numbered 10, 20, 30,...). Kind regards, Volker
Agreed!

+1 For the moment, I decide that the left-side 3-D die is the 10's, the right-side 3-D die is the 1's.  Everyone witnesses it.  It seems to be ordered that way in the chat a majority of the time, but not all the time if there is a roll that bounced at an angle. All my fave games are straight percentile odds determination:  Star Frontiers, Basic RolePlaying (RuneQuest, Ringworld).  It would be enough if they made 2 non-glancing 3-D d10's and mandatorily read their order as left-to-right.
Or maybe a spherical d100 that rolls off the screen and then a digital image of someone trying to retreive it from under the refrigerator with a broom handle.
Yes! A 3d 2d10 roll coded for the tens & ones place. +1 this idea I roll one d10 at at time. The first roll is the 10's place, the second roll is the one's place. Of course you usually know whether you have succeeded or failed after rolling the tens place first.

So what happens when you roll a d100 in the chat? no dice roll around on your screen?

I actually bought a big d100 once but my dad mistook it for a golf-ball, took it out on the links and smashed it on the very first hole.  Lol jk.  The two halves only went 15 yards, too.
+1 on this. Would make things so much simpler when using 3D dice.
+1 on this. I love the 3D dice and most of my favorite games are percentile based.
What about the classic 1 die is numbered 10, 20, 30 all the way to 00 and the other is just a plain d10? Colour of the dice becomes irrelevant. Don't know what that would mean for the Dice Engine, but it's maths based, so should be easier to solve than a coloured die correlation, no?
This needs adding - many of the modern systems utilise precentile rolls...
Really hoping this one isn't too difficult to add. I love the 3D dice and would be thrilled to run a percentile based game with them.

Well, it appears the Devs are working on improving the 3D dice by exploring the possibility of adding shadow effects to the rolls. So maybe once they figure that out they might be able to look at adding percentile die rolls in 3D? I remain hopeful.
You know, it occurs to me that the big problem with this is how to depict multiple D100's rolling on the screen. If someone were to play with it and roll, say, 20D100, would you get 20 individual D100 dice rolling around the screen? Or would you get a total of 40 D10 dice rattling around, 20 for the 10s die and 20 for the 1's die? I have no idea which would be easier to implement.   Perhaps a way to approach it is to implement multiple color dice rolls and allow the players to assign which is which? That way you can have someone say that their percentile dice will be black and red, and that black dice are the 10's and reds are the 1's.  You could also expand that to include D1000 by having 3 colors for dice, Say black, red and blue. But when you roll, all you get is a bunch of D10's of varying colors. Just an idea.
+1 On Demand. " I think that classic FRPG games, Rolemaster, Spacemaster, MERP and others (AD&D, Marvel, example) need a better d100 roll based in 2d10 classic rolls. Actually i'm think that the better option is (d10*10)+1d10 with only two mods, -100 for results 101 and above and -10 for all others involving 10 results in unity dice. Mods can be placed in a simple macro." I hope that you do more support to the old style RPG players that still expend a lot of gameplay time to dig a hole.

The closest I can get to look like a 1d100 roll is to use the inline rollers [[1d10]][[1d10]] This makes it look very close to a 2d10 roll for the % roll.
Weird that they would leave one of the most important die rolls (behind 6 and 20) out of their app. +1 But it should have been in in the first place. Maybe two colors one red and one blue, then a command /roll 1d10+blue 1d10+red

Try getting that D100 to stop rolling!!! LOL
