Inexperienced player looking to play Pathfinder.

I've only played in three groups and they've all fallen apart after 3-5 sessions. My experience is mostly with barbarians and the rest with bards, so I'd like to be a skald this time. I can build my CS by myself and I know how to play, so I won't need much coaching unless there are homebrew rules (which has always been the case in the sessions I've played [not very organized, honestly]).
