Looking for One More Player, Ongoing Custom Campaign (D&D 5E), GMT 1pm-6 or 7pm Sundays

Hello players, I have been running a 5E campaign for 16 sessions now, next week will be the 17th. We play from 1pm to 6pm GMT on Sundays every week. If that fits your schedule read on. Wanna play? I just want to know a few things: Can you attend every Sunday? Obviously occasional absence is fine, but attendance is the hardest thing to maintain for these internet based games. Do you have skype and headset? We play with voice only. This is a requirement, not an option. Last Requirement: Age 16+. I believe all my current players are 20+ and adult themes and jokes, gross descriptions of wounds and so on will be a part of it, so for my own comfort, I would like 'mature' players. What Character do you want to play? The party has 1 paladin, 1 druid (of the moon), both have heals and are very tanky so you can be anything you want, dps, tank, control, support. Anything will fit. The 3rd player just lost his character so you will be one of two new characters joining up, but the only new player. Play style? Mostly curiosity and so I can mix and match the players. What experience do you have? You don't need any, this is just for my own reference so I know how fast I can go, how much help you might need making characters and so on. Answer the above questions, and you will be considered. If I am interested in talking to you I will send you a private message with my skype address and we will have a chat sometime during the week, probably between 7-9pm gmt anytime from monday to friday. Ideally, applications close on friday. I would rather not have any last minute rushing. Questions can be left on this post so everyone can see the answers. Notes on the campaign I have changed the resting rules a bit. Players gain no health from short rests and can only spend one hit die on a long rest without a medical check and even then can only spend half their hit die per day. This is to help magic healing feel more useful and when the players are pushed, to make them feel the pressure. If you don't get rest, and you are out of spells, you will be feeling the pain when enemies are on your heels. Falling regaining consciousness leaves you with 1 stack of exhaustion. Flanking or outnumbering your enemies 3 to 1 gives you advantage. Magic items are extremely rare. You will not have any when you start. The two surviving characters have earned a 1 or 2 each so far. The area your character will be in when he meets the party is at war with an undead horde, the source of which is unknown. This is not the focus of the campaign but rather a side effect of the BBEG. The BBEG is also unknown to 99.99% of the world, and currently only the druid knows about him, so thats all I will say. The area is a small merchant kingdom known as lakeland, and is run by the Lakeland High Council of merchants. Ok. Thats all. :) Hope to hear from you soon.

ill play yes to 1 2 3 / 4 a fighter or caster / 5 i like combat and role play / i play D&D 5th and 3.5
1. Can you attend every Sunday? Yes unless something comes up but that almost never happens. Also I am in EST time zone. 2. Do you have skype and a headset? Yes 3. Age 16+? I'm 20 :p 4. What character do you want to play? This is a good question, I've played in one 5e campaign and played an archery focused ranger and I hated it. So with that being said, maybe a barbarian or a fighter or even a cleric or a druid. Basically I just want a character that is going to be useful both in and out of combat. 5. Play Style? I'm observant and a thinker but also a fighter. My characters are usually neutral good. 6. What experience do you have? I'm currently playing a 2e remake of the Desert of Desolation from 1e and I was part of 5e homebrew campaign. It will take me a minute to get my bearings together and I will probably need some guidance with my character just to make sure I don't screw anything up but after that I should be good to go.

Yes, I can attend every Sunday. EST, so it'll be 8 AM for me when we play. It's a bit early for me, but I suppose I could set an alarm. I do have to warn you that, from time to time, I'll have to go AFK for a couple of minutes (I have to bring in firewood and tend to a wood burning stove), though I'll try to time my absences to avoid interrupting the flow of the game, and I'll give a warning shortly before I have to go AFK. I have skype and a decent headset. I'm 17, turning 18 in mid-February. I have a past playing as melee casters, so Bard, Paladin, or Eldritch Knight, though I'm contemplating branching out and trying a Battle Master or a Sorcerer. I'm also contemplating trying something new and rolling Fighter or Sorcerer. However, I'm really interested in this homebrew class , and I've re-created one of my Pathfinder characters using it in conjunction with a homebrew background mixing aspects of Sage and Guild Artisan (Sage skill proficiencies and gear with Guild Artisan feature and tool/language proficiencies, if you must know), if you'll allow it. If not, I have a few other characters prepared, and can adjust them to whatever level we'll be playing at and whatever house rules will be used. I have a preference for neutral good characters - I try to do the right thing, and try to act within the law, but will break it if necessary. I usually play high-concept characters - prog rock bards, drunken brawler clerics, jolly Paladins, etc. I'm good at improvising interactions with the environment and lingering spell effects - stuff like lighting a grease trap on fire with burning hands. I've been playing and DMing 3.5, Pathfinder, Legend System, and homebrew systems on and off for roughly a year and a half now. I'm currently playing through a homebrew adventure in a Fire Emblem-based homebrew system with another group that plays on Mondays. Character creation usually comes naturally to me, and I try to balance roleplay and optimization, typically aiming for something that will provide an interesting character concept while still playing a valuable role in the party. I should let you know that, if anything, the pre-game skype chat would probably be at an inconvenient time for one of us. I don't get home from school until 3 PM EST (8 PM GMT), and I'm busy with chores, getting my little sister from the bus stop, and cooking dinner (long story short, both of my parents work) until 5:30 EST (10:30 GMT), but I also have a break period during the school day from 12 PM to 1:30 PM EST (5 PM to 6:30 PM GMT), so I might be able to have a call on mobile then, but if we're using it for character creation, then you'll have to fill out my sheet for me if we go for the earlier time.
Yes. Yes I have skype and a headset. That wont be an issue for me. I'm 18 years old. I'd like to play a Paladin, if that's alright. I think I'd play a bit of a chaotic good character. A bit of a vigilante. I'd do what was right, no matter what. I understand the law, but what good is the law when it doesn't bring justice? I have no experience in actually playing the game, but I wont need much help in making a character, as I've done that before and understand it. As for everything else, I can catch on quick. I've watched many D&D campaign videos of people playing, so I'll catch on quick.
