Inline roll tolltips near the bottom of the screen

So one thing that has always been a bit of a pet-peeve of mine is how the tooltips are displayed for inline rolls that appear near the bottom of the chat window. Due to the way auto-calculated rolls show the entire formula, often these tooltips will be cutoff and unreadable until you add some additional chat in the chat box in order to get the roll up out of the corner. I am sure that this is likely a browser/design limitation, but just figured I would ask if there was anything that can be done about this, maybe a browser setting or something?

This is my query: Is tweaking the tooltip for inline dice a Roll20 tweak (and thus needs to go to the suggestion forum) or a browser-tweak, or can it be viewed as a sanity-preserving tweak that could potentially be done in a few minutes by a merciful and benevolent dev? (Personally my money, and only my money since I'm out of votes, is on the answer being 'Take it to the suggestion forums')

@GenKitty -- I might be able to create a browser hack that would change the CSS so the box was positioned differently, but I'm not sure how well that would work. You are probably correct, that this belongs in either a Suggestion, or a Bug. It's probably something of a known issue I imagine.

Honestly, it might be a Twitter Bootstrap tweak. I'm pretty sure the tooltips are (or are based on) the Bootstrap tooltips. I'm gonna blame Twitter, because it's something new and different to name as the source of a bug. =P

All that's needed is for the tooltip to 'grow up' instead of ' grow down', or anchor the bottom-margin at the spot instead of the top-margin. Do we have anyone who can dive into this 'Bootstrap' and report back?

Oh, adjusting Bootstrap tooltips can certainly be done ( example ), I just feel like blaming a giant megasite like Twitter. =P
