I'm an Old School gamer who's not strong on current editions of D&amp;D, and Pathfinder took me by surprise. My thing is science-fiction games: &nbsp;STAR FRONTIERS (1982), TRAVELLER 5th edition (but I didn't get my copy in the mail yet, and it won't be generally available for a little while), and just for giggles I'll install my MEN IN BLACK RPG one-off here eventually. &nbsp;STAR FRONTIERS is a straight percentile-roll system with great quick combat system for personal, vehicle and aerial combat at the same time. &nbsp;Get the re-edited Star Frontiers (the rules started with "Alpha Dawn") for free here: <a href="http://starfrontiersman.com/downloads/remastered" rel="nofollow">http://starfrontiersman.com/downloads/remastered</a> I also joined a group for TEPHRA, a new RPG in a Victorian "steampunk" setting that looks really good. &nbsp;(EDIT: &nbsp;It has disappeared?)
