Is it possible to have a token that has qualities of a rollable table and a card? Specifically, I'd like to be able to have a token that has a card back and can be picked up, but also has 2 optional graphics. This is a total of 3 images: Reversed card back, face graphic 1, and face graphic 2

You can put a rollable table as a token on the board. The token would be one of the 3 images. You can then either roll for it randomly to be one of the 3 sides, or you can select it manually.

The best way I can think of to do this would be with the API, and even then, you couldn't turn a card into a Rollable Table or vice versa. You could create a Rollable Table Token (with some constrains) to match a particular card that is played, and hide/remove it when that card is picked up.

I'm not sure what your intended use of this is but The Aaron probably has the only practical method for it visually. However, if it's purely for mechanical purposes I've seen plenty of games that have something like this: Essentially a card that can be played either way around depending on it's function.
