Creating new campaign - system stops

I'm on my Chromebook, and I'm a (relatively) new Supporter. I'm trying to create a new blank campaign with a D&D5e char sheet. I chose "blank" campaign and the 5e sheet, and told it to create the campaign. It went to the "Creating Campaign" black page, put up the random "rolling dice" notice, and then just sat there. I left for several minutes, then selected the "back" button. So I tried again. "5e test 02." Same selections, same results. Thought it might be the char sheet. Backed up, created "5e test 03", blank campaign, no char sheet. Same results - hits the black page and stalls. If I go back and "launch" the campaign, it says "Loading" and stalls at a black screen again. None of the left side controls work. I have campaigns I either created or have joined as a player, and they work great from my Chromebook. Any ideas?
Follow-up: Other campaigns *were* working, but now also stop on black "Loading" screen.
