General Information Level 1 start. Character creation handled at the first session (25 Point Buy, =<15RP Races, certain class restrictions in place). Newbie Friendly, Experience preferred however. Custom Campaign Setting First Session on Febuary 21th Sessions will be held fortnightly/every other week. Skype will be used to co-ordinate the group, Skype or Teamspeak (Pending group preference) will be used for voice chat in session. I've been working on a new campaign that I'd like to run and due to a few people that can no longer take part I am now looking to fill the gaps with new players. I would prefer people who have some experience with Pathfinder/D&D3 but I am willing to take novice players who show a willingness to learn the system. The Setting Having always been a fan of the scenario involving people being sent to other worlds I and with the resurgence of Game Worlds as a setting I have opted to set the campaign in such a scenario. The setting of choice is the fictitious game Gateway Online, the players will be made up of a group of ordinary people who initially planned to play the game on launch day but upon logging in they find themselves trapped in a living, breathing world based on the game. If you're interested just drop me a message or reply here!
i'm inerested, but this is my first time here on roll20... i play pathfinder, D&D 5 and other games...
I've been playing Pathfinder on Roll20 for the last three years or so, both as a player and as a DM, so I'm pretty well experienced with the system and how it works. 12pm EST on Saturdays is great for me because I'm off on Saturdays. Before I commit to joining, could you elaborate a bit on how you'll want to do character creation? Are we going to roll for stats or use point buy? Are we going to be pretty heavily restricted in the materials we're allowed to use or will we be able to use a wide array of books? I'm curious because I've got more than a couple characters I could easily play but they pull stuff from all over the place, nothing third party, and being barred from certain books would complete eliminate some of my options in that regard. I'm on Skype(stormseeker24) pretty frequently throughout the day if you'd like to talk more. Thanks!

I would love to be a part of this! I also am curious as to the above question though. Point buy? Paizo books or third-party too? Restrictions? I'll send you a PM with my Skype name and my background, though please PM me on Roll20 to set up Skype since I'm never on except for appointments and interviews and stuff. :)
Hey! Haven't played PF in awhile but I'm keen. Love the idea for the setting. Let me know if I can join.
hey, definietly interested in this. I am rather new to tabletop games and have only played a few pathfinder campaign, but i am reading up on more and more rules every day and although not fluent with them, somewhat knowledgable by now. I like the idea of your setting, I love these kinds of reality inside game stories. Although new to tabletop i have years of experience as a text-based roleplayer and highly prefer roleplaying over combat or simply dice rolling. Thats also the main thing I would bring to the table, eagerness, roleplay and reliability. Yet I live in Germany, it would be nice to know at what time and in which timezone you intend to play.

To answer your (and other peoples) questions regarding character creation, I'll detail briefly; Character creation will be 25 Point Buy, Basic, Core and Hybrid (Minus Summoner) are permitted Class wise. Races are restricted to anything at15 Race Points or lower. Rulewise I plan to stick fairly close to the core books, however knowing not everyone has them we will be using the online SRD as the main point of reference so the majority of content on there is fair game. Ultimately it boils down to my discretion as to what is permissable within the campaign, considering the nature of the setting I am going to be open minded in that regard. Also in reply to everyone else who has posted and has not yet done so, please PM me your Skype!
Unfortunately one of our players had to drop out so I am currently looking for a replacement to ensure todays session can go ahead. Please inquire ASAP if you're interested.

I am game for it, though before I ever jump straight into making a character I like to talk more about the setting to properly belong in the world. If you still need the extra and have the time to talk, then drop me a line.
Well, this is perfect for me if Arbelos doesn't get picked. I can pop out a character quite quickly if need be. PM me on here for my skype if the slot's still open.
Hey ! I'm also interested, I'm kind of a newbie players, I just have a couple of sessions before. English isn't my native language but if you could read me, you can probably understand me (or not ?!).
If you need another player, i'm fairly flexible with schedule and i'm a bonified party filler. skypename: sethwinternight
