Functionality suggestion: Sideboard

Wasn't sure what to call this functionality, thank you to The Aaron for the name. A meta-area that is universally attached to all pages. Imagine when one moved form page to page within the play area that there was one side area that was always there. The process of moving the gaming group form one page to another is often a game-stopping process of the GM hunting down all the elements on one page that need to come to another one and copy-pasting them over. This often requires a few trip back and forth between pages. What if instead the GM had a "side table" where any item place then stayed there from page to page. This is especially useful in games that have ongoing bookkeeping, for example Destiny Points in FFG games or Hero Points in the M&M system.
I'm interested in something a little like this, in that I would love to have a separate "tabletop" panel or section which scrolled and zoomed independently from the main tabletop. This way, when using a tabletop with a large-ish scrolling map — most of my pages around grouped into dungeon areas about 60 squares wide — I can have a set of tokens which are always visible and legible no matter where any given player looks on the map. You could keep zoomed in player tokens down there, a token for tracking time, tokens which linked to handouts or useful information for the DM, tokens with their own set of token actions that allow me to group certain macro buttons that I tend to use together. Or I could use it to display artwork that remains visible to the players as we scroll around the map. Even if the panel isn't global, it would be easier to group your "all-page" items on this panel, lasso them all up, and copy and paste to the next page, if that's something that you need.
