Hello everyone, I was having a conversation with Sir Kevin a few minutes ago and we were going over some points that I think you should all see and take into account. D&D is a game where ordinary people can go to be something that they can never be in the real world (beside thief, but come on) It is a game full of risks and rewards. In the real world if we walked into a room and saw three levers, what would we do? Go home and watch tv. But when we are in planet Eris we are not in the real world. We are in a different reality where we can be anything that we want to be. I am a pretty timid person and extremely unconfrontational. I get walked all over all of the time and I don't want to start an argument or even worse a fight by addressing it. Do you think that I would go near a huge goblin head statue or jump through fire? Or challenge a room full of people to a fight? Hell no. But Ka'Gron will! I play to experience life as I never have before and that will eventually get Ka'Gron killed, but in the end it was a fun ride and I will lay him to rest and never forget the things we went through. Then I will cast the die and start again! Lets be a crazed elf or a sexually confused halfling! I know its scary guys, but there should not be fifteen seconds of silence when Steven gets done describing an area (although make sure he is done) So I ask all of you to play as your character, not as yourself. Don't use lingo in character that doesn't exist in Eris (This isn't exactly a rule or anything, just gets on my nerves) A battle hardened thief that grew up in the slums of Strongmoor should not say gurl or come at me bro etc.: So what I am saying is... Take Action!!! Live a little before you die and die well when you do. Leave your past in the past and roll the die like your invicible. Of course this is all just advice, you can take it or leave it. Yours Truly, That Guy that Always Touches Stuff.
