There is no Instant Message Conversation feature, HELP!

So I was just replying to an IM and my computer spazzed out on me and I had to close out my browser and then restart it and return to Roll20. When I got back it said I had no new IM notifications, with no way to even see what IM's or conversations I'd had via IM previously. This feature had never been there before but I'd never really questioned it until now because I thought I'd just figure it out. Well, I haven't. It is BEYOND frustrating for me because now I have no way to access the information in the IM and formulate a response based on that. Is the feature there and I'm just missing it somehow, or is this most BASIC of social networking features not included on Roll20 for some reason?

If you are talking about private messages on the forums, you can click your name at the upper right and choose "Private Messages" to view them and continue a conversation. If you are talking about whispers in game , they show up in the "Chat Archive" on the campaign page. If you are talking about something else, please clarify what it is.
Well this just made me feel delightfully dumb. I've looked at that drop-down a hundred times and honestly didn't see it until just now. Thank you for pointing it out. :)
