It would be nice if macros for typical polyhedron dice, and common permutations: 1d100, 1d20, 1d12, 1d10, 1d8, 1d6, 1d4, 3d6 were available as built-in macros. To avoid cluttering up the macro selection screen, they could all be toggled on with a single button. Thoughts?
