Scheduling 2E Adventures Wednesday Feb 4 & Monday Feb 9 & Weds. Feb 11, 2015

2e Adventures in a homebrew world -- Campaign & game session scheduling status update! Let's try Wednesdays. That seems to be consensus best-time for this on the Scheduling Availability in general thread . Feb 11, 2:05 PM CST --- Full Party if you're able to attend, it's one week away. Mark your calendars, set your alarms... I'm gearing up for this session. Feb 4, approximately 1PM CST (or basically when Jack gets home & Gold is ready and set) --- This session is a casual meet-up, all players welcome, we will be playing parts of Anariel's origins, Jack's PC. The thing is... other PC's can be incorporated and play along and learn the Lore of the world, and roll dice with your PC, and get involved in the Grey Elf's back story, if you are present. Anariel will solo-it if Jack's the only one who can attend tomorrow. That's fine too, because I don't want anyone to feel pressured to attend on short-notice.

Just putting this out here... The combination of shifting from Monday to Wednesday and shifting it later in the day isn't good for me. I *can* work with it right now, but it will inevitably lead to me not being able to attend once in a while.

Understood, Patrick. Bear with us as best you can. You are a valuable PC for this, I mean, I'll really try to adjust things so that you can stay on. The day-time may shift again and I'll be taking your schedule notes into consideration along with everyone's. So thanks for just putting it out there & sticking with the campaign as best you can til it settles. Also Pat (and Jack, Maxx): Please show up early on next Wednesday, and I will do my best to meet you here earlier (at the original time, Noon Central / 1pm Eastern). I've got some events, lore, and such, that is meant for Mithros primarily anyway, some origins scenarios, so we can play that out in one-on-one. Jack and Maxx may be here in the early slot too, and their characters might meet yours. When Flutic can get here at the later appointed time slot, hopefully we will have a time period with the full party to begin an adventure together. After trying 1 or 2 weeks of that, we will continue talking about the schedule and see. Also, you are excused if you need to miss sessions, or if you need to leave early, so let's just see how it goes. We all wish to overlap and play together, of course, so let's keep trying.

Guys -- I'm *really* sorry to throw a spanner in the works, but my availability for the next couple of weeks has just changed. Basically, the wife and I have just made a last minute decision to take the kids on vacation at their half-term break. This means I'm going to be unavailable from Feb 10 to Feb 19 -- which includes the next two Wednesdays. I *could* possibly play Monday next week (Feb 9) and then Thursday or Friday the following week (Feb 19 or 20). But perhaps it would be better to just leave things as they are, and I will just miss the first couple of sessions. The timing totally sucks because I was really looking forward to getting together as a group. It's just one of those times when real life makes gaming impossible, or at least difficult. Again, huge apologies for this. If it's any consolation, we are going on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Luxor in Egypt (Valley of the Kings, etc.)

Everyone please check & mark your calendar, regarding these notes. 1. Monday Feb 9, Flutic times (the slightly later time slot, around 2:30pm Central Time). Scheduling a casual session for Monday if Flutic agrees & wants to play it. This would be the day before your vacation so just tell me now if you would rather cancel and have that day off. The reason I'm wanting to schedule it is, with Flutic being gone for 1-2 weeks after that, I'd like to get in a session with Flutic before you leave, just to have a little more current material on Flutic happening in the world. The other players are invited and welcome to join, and your PC's will be incorporated in the session if you are attending. This session would be geared around Flutic's Kenku, so I am depending on Flutic's answer to confirm or cancel this session. EDIT: Maxx will play Monday 9 so this session is scheduled. 2. Wednesday Feb 11 --- SHIFT THE TIME back to the original earlier time (12 Noon Central USA), that is preferred by Patrick, Jack says Ok... Is that ok with Maxx? Flutic will be absent. Let's do a 3-PC session anyway... Mithros, Anariel, and Grys reach the region of Portlandio and have a chance to meet each other. 3. Wednesday Feb 18 --- To Be Announced. Stay tuned. This might be a "day off" with no session. Flutic will certainly be absent, and I may be traveling myself by-car on that day. 4. Thurs Feb 19 / Friday Feb 20 --- These are held on the back-burner, but penciled on the calendar. Flutic check-in when you get back home after Egypt and then we will decide. We may do a short session then just to catch Flutic up on anything that's happened while he's on holiday. 5. Monday Feb 23, Wednesday Feb 25 --- To Be Announced later, these are some "possible" session days I've penciled on my calendar. @Flutic, You'll be excused from missing... IF you bring us back some pictures of Luxor, Egypt! Try to take some pictures that could serve in our game illustrations, i.e. pix that crop any modern elements like cars out of the frame.

Wednesday 11 earlier slot sounds good for me :) also it doesn't matter too much if they have a little modernness in them with Photoshop are our command the world can look like you want it to xD

Thanks guys. I will definitely be bring back a lot of photos! Let me get back to you on Monday 9, Gold, I would like to do it but as you say it will be the night before I leave so it might not be a great idea.

All next week is good for me sorry about not being able to make the two meetup sessions this week btw things were just not going my way this week and I am dealing with a few personal matters hoping to sort it out and get it together. Next week Monday or Wednesday should be good with me and the earlier time on Wednesday actually does work better for me as well. Have a great trip Gray!

Good deal. Keeping the Monday 9 session because Maxx can probably play then anyway, whether Flutic can or not. Other sessions, still as above. I wanted to post an update about something else though: Game Master (Gold) (GM):ANNOUNCEMENT I messed up the Map colors for 3 days. Made a mistake or a glitch with my mouse and it recolored half the map in yellow. Roll20 Staff was kind enough to ROLL BACK the campaign to Feb 2nd, 2015 settings... as of Feb 5th. Anything typed in chat, character sheets, maps, between Feb 2-3-4-5 is lost. Sorry about that. Some people may have lost some small modifications on your character sheets. If so, please re-do the missing bits. (Most people's character sheets were largely complete before the date of the restored backup, so most of your info is intact.) I know I lost a few hours of map work. We lost the chat record of an origins session played with Anariel, but that's okay because Jack kept his own notes outside the game that day. I'm just glad Roll20 was able to make the Yellow Curse go away. The staff of Roll20 did us all a favor. I'll be working on re-doing my map additions, and more careful with the color button and select tool after this. Also endeavoring to make some kind of backup copy of the campaign in case something happens again.

Wednesday noon CST (that's 1pm EST, my time) works, of course - kept that block free for a reason, after all! I may be able to join in on Monday, feb 9th as well, but I cannot promise that.

Updates / reminders / nothing new but just confirming and re-organizing the latest schedule and attendance plans. MONDAY 9... planning to DM the open session, 2PM Central time-slot. Maxx -- see you Monday. Planning to add more into the Dwarf's origins and early encounters. Jack & Patrick -- optional, no obligation but please join us if you can for player meeting and progress your PC. Oscar -- please come work on your PC Monday... Note the actual appointed time slot 2PM central / 8PM UK.... Note I'll try to enter the game earlier (Noon-2 range) but I may need to get some work done at that time instead. WEDNESDAY 11... Noon CST, (1PM Patrick, 6PM UK)... We are "on" for everybody except Flutic who's on holiday. Gray -- No problem, G. Feel free to drop-in for a short hello if you're near the computer.
