Subscription Change Yields Potentially Unwanted Results

Good evening. January 6th, I bought one month of Mentor Subscription using a friend's gifted credit, then cancelled my subscription so I would not accidentally get my card charged. Earlier tonight (Tuesday, Feb 3rd) when we realized the February 6th deadline was fast approaching, we resubscribed under the Supporter tier. Oddly, despite having a few more days as a Mentor (and notably, having not actually been CHARGED for Supporter yet) my account seems to have been changed from Mentor to Supporter already, removing access to API, Mentor Tokens, etc. This is no big deal for me, since I haven't been using those features, but should probably be checked into. So, that's: -Bought one month subscription of Mentor Tier with gifted credit. -Cancelled Subscription. -Before Subscription expired, bought Supporter Tier using gifted credit. -Now experiencing Supporter instead of Mentor, despite time on Mentor having not yet expired and having not yet been charged. Places I've checked to be sure this is happening: The storefront for Mentor tokens ( https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/search/exclu... ) does NOT allow access to them. A search in my Art Library does not show any Mentor tokens, either. My Account page displays Supporter and its benefits, so I do not have links for API or the Dev Server, etc. I CAN, however, see the API Forum. Not sure whether Supporters have visibility there, so this may be noteworthy. One thing I HAVE NOT checked is cancelling this new (Supporter) subscription, to see if I revert to Mentor status. That is something I can and will definitely try if advised. I just hesitate to poke around yet given current situation. Please let me know if additional info might help in figuring this out, if it is indeed a bug like I suspect. People probably want to get their full month of one thing before it swaps down to the other. Currently using Firefox 35.0.1.
