new untitled maps created when people launch campaign

i just bought a year of mentor and setup the following 3 API's - Touch, Power cards, isGM... now when ever myself or my co-DM log into the game it creates a blank "untitled" map and shuffles the order of my campaigns maps. i have noticed this has been a previously known issue, but that thread is closed.

I'm familiar with isGM and Power Cards, neither of those should be causing that issue. I'm not familiar with Touch, can you link me the script?

Oh, Torch! That makes more sense :) Can you test if disabiling the Torch script fixes your problems? If not can you try disabling all of them? If that still doesn't fix it can you provide a console log?

i disabled all 3, one at a time and all 3 at once, still adds blank maps when i log in or refresh the campaign page, from the moment i got the Mentor 1 year sub, the only things i have added are: 2 copied maps using transmogrifier, Torch - isGM Powercard API's, all within 2 hours of each other, my co-Dm and i noticed 3 hours after purchase that we now had 12-14 new blank maps labeled untitled, and that if we refresh the page or launch the game, every new person entering makes 2 blank untitled maps. the 12 maps came from us both closing the campaign after installing each script and adding the copy of the map i mentioned (we didnt know the api or transmoged maps could be reloaded while still in game) if it was jsut 2-3 maps made each time that owuld be no biggie, but... i am expection 6 players / my co-dm / myself to play saturday ad i would really not want to have my maps shuffled with 16 blank maps thrown in.
