I fixed up most , if not all, of the problems with the CWOD sheets (spelling errors on sheets, text fields not saving data, broken dice pool macros, etc.) and I've just made a Pull Request to the Roll20 GitHub repo; I was wondering how long it'll take for the changes to take effect?

It varies. Approval of pull requests in handled manually, thus requiring one of the developers to review and allow each request. Once that's done, the github will need to update. And then the roll20 site has to update. And then life should be good. The short version: at least a few days, and might go longer than a week, but not by much.
