Any time I try to move my map around using my right mouse button and dragging or using the pan tool when I'm anywhere between halfway and completely zoomed out, I drag a tiiiiny bit and the entire thing moves so far off my screen I can't even see the grid. It acts like I've scrolled down and am holding it there. When I try to use the bar to go up, the moment I let go it jumps back down (and it's not even proportional to my zoom). It's quite frustrating to try to deal with. EDIT: Didn't see the Read First. I'm using Chrome 40.0.2214.94 on Windows 7 I have this page set to 100x100 and it is zoomed out all the way
