Using: Version 40.0.2214.111 m, Windows 7 sp1 It's happened twice now, but after coming back to an open campaign, all the entries drop out of the folder structure into the main folder. So empty sub-folders.

Yup. The first time I manually moved all the objects back into folders. Haven't done it again. Not sure if I hit a weird key configuration, but I certainly didn't manually move them out of folders.
