Macro Hot bar?

Is there a way to have a macro hot-bar so that you can drag on your most common rolls without having to have the character sheet open all the time?

Also, where do i go to suggest that these forums need a search option? as i'm assuming the questions i've asked so far lately have probably been asked already.
Howdy Tarquin.

Order of the Stick reference? GREAT comic!

There's an entire forum category called "Suggestions and Ideas" you can post in. I don't recall this particular request, but it's a good one. If you can find it in there, add your vote. If not, make a post and I'll add my vote to it!

As far as the macro hot-bar, there's actually two of them, with multiple ways of assigning macros to them.

One is for actual by-name Macros, which can be found in your Settings (next to where actual by-name Macros are stored:)

This Macro Quick Bar is at the bottom of the screen, and is always active.

Alternately, you can set up Abilities from your character sheet (also commonly called Macros) as Token Actions, thusly:

An ability shown in the Macro Bar will always be visible.

An ability shown as Token Action will be visible only when the associated token is selected.

Further, you can make a by-name Macro into a Token Action as well:

And if that's not enough, as a Mentor, you can drag-and-drop any of these (or many other) buttons into the bar as desired!

Hope that helps.

Dragging roll buttons from the character sheet to the macro bar is not a Mentor feature, it's for everyone.

great, thanks very much for the help guys :)

Follow up question though. I just dragged a couple of random things down to the quick bar, and now can't seem to remove them....

I trawled through and it didn't seem to have a suggestion thread anywhere, so i've posted one.
Did you figure out how to remove them yet Tarquin?

If not, you simply go to the right side of the macro that you dragged down to the macro bar, a section just to the right of the macro will appear, click it, hold it, drag it up and off your macro bar.
