Posting Topics in LFP

I noticed that some posts for a campaign's "Listing Discussion" in the Looking For Players Listing, have a red flag before the title and are always at the top of the discussion. As a GM of a campaign, how do I create a post like this?
That is a 'Stickied' post, and you have to be like an Admin or a Mod of Roll20. It is not an available feature for us peasants. But you should be fine finding people!

Aaron, you actually can do that. Jake, I see what you interpreted, I think you're describing within the Looking For Group sub-forum, you are correct there. But I believe Aaron is asking about his own campaign's LFG listing page in the LFG search engine (top right), which gives your campaign it's own little LFG forum. Aaron you go into the Post that you want to be Sticky (you must be GM / owner of that campaign), at the top of the thread look for several buttons like Permalink, STICKY, Edit, Sink. To press Sticky pins it at the top of your forum with the red flag. To press SINK makes the post go to the end or bottom of your forum.
Thank you both for responding. The "sticky" function was what I needed.
