Is there not ANYONE who wants to play Force-heavy SW Saga game?!

So I have been looking a long time for a Star Wars Saga game with three things: -it is set during an Era where it doesn't SUCK to be a Jedi or an alien like it does in the Rise of the Empire, Rebellion Era, etc -you are allowed to make characters with something higher than the gritty low-powered 25-point buy so as to have a better chance of approximating the power level of the heroes from the films and tv shows -you are allowed to make a Jedi at ALL. I swear, all the games I see people wanting to play are all "you have to be a clone trooper" or " you can't be force- sensitive" or "let's be smugglers who don't do that magic thing" I mean those are fine concepts and more power to them, but for that to be ALL people want to play is really bugging me. I wanna play a Jedi and have it be okay and even encouraged, delving into the lore and the mysticism and the moral struggle and all the cool powers and really get into the "Force" of it all! And for everyone I meet and see to seem burned out or jaded or SOMEthing on that idea before I even get to the party, I don't know...it is irritating as all get-out. Is there ANYone out there who feels the same? If so please let me know, because I want us to look at putting together a Star Wars Saga game that focuses on the Force and not the Fluff.
Have you considered Edge of the Empire? I realise that system encourages playing the unsung heroes or anti-heroes of the Star Wars universe, however it does have a system that works out force powers. Age of Rebellion, the second book, again emphasizes the Rebel Alliance and soldier/military stuff but it also works on fleshing out the Force and Jedi abilities in this book as well. The third is still in the works I believe but the beta, called Force and Destiny is ALL about the Force, Jedi, Sith, you name it. As for timeline? Well if you know any Star Wars lore nerd worth his salt, you'd know he can pull any setting with the systems you got here. If you are comfortable with only Saga, then I dont think I can help give levity on rhe grievances most face with Jedi stuff since I dont play Saga or any of the D20 Star Wars. Maybe they just seem to have an exploitable loophole, then again jedi are supposed to be quite powerful on their own.

Are you looking to be the GM, or a Player?
I would be interested in playing but this would be my first Star wars Campaign
goatman92 - I have played different versions of Star Wars tabletops, but Saga is the one I really like the most. So yes I would definitely like it to be in Saga. Simon S. - Though I have been playing and GMing (mostly GMing) tabletops for over ten years I am fairly new to both Saga and Roll20 and its interface. So I would be looking to start off as a player (because I have very rarely had the chance to play and not just GM) but then once we finish the adventure and we want to keep going and I am more comfortable with both the system and the interface I would totally be willing to try my hand at GMing on Roll20.
I understand you perfectly. that is LITERALLY what i've been looking for, and i've thought the same things as you have. i have a good amount of experience with Saga, and a ton more with D&D 4e which are very similar. I would LOVE to take part in a campaign like this if we could only find a GM. if you manage to get a campaign going, let me know and i can deff fill you in more thoroughly on my experience and skill levels my schedule is very lax, and i can make almost any day and time, i have access to all the books, a mic, and camera if need be. (aswell as Skype and teamspeak)
Yes
Cool, I will put out a post looking for a GM.
