Color Change of Heath Bar When Character's Hit Points are Negative

While running a session last night I realized what a novel idea it be to have the health bar (which seems to default to green), TURN say red when the character's hit points would drop below 0. I understand not all Games use a Hit Point or Life Point system, but many do. Just a thought, don't know if it would be worth the effort but it would be a nice option.
I second this Idea! or at least give the option
