Server is acting up again

I just opened a campaign to add a few tokens and I got the Red Bar of Crap, stating that the server connection has been interrupted. Just an alert.

Thanks Jeff, we saw it in our monitoring tools as well. We're working hard with the 3rd party hosting provider to resolve these problems.

The bar is quite irritating as it blocks my access to some of the page controls. There should be a minimize button.

I'm also having truble with the red bar of doom and I have a game thats supost to start in less than an hour.

Indeed. This has been happening to me all day.

Riley is working over-over-time to get us off of our current 3rd party sync provider and on to something we have control over. That said good code takes time so this isn't a fix that will be here tomorrow. We'll let everyone know as soon as we have a real fix out there though. This is affecting us as well, I have my bi-weekly game in 10 minutes and I'm crossing my fingers that Firebase stays up for it :p

Does this cause issues with voice as well? Also, it seems the app doesnt like netbooks and chrome. Will have to try in firefox.

The sync server issues shouldn't affect video and voice. That is provided by TokBox and is more sensitive to your local ISP having issues.

We just finished a 6 to 7 player game and had no problem with the TokBox, save for about 1.5 second delay, however we did have several issues where screens would freeze or very bad lag would occur. Not knowing if this would have effected another issue where copying and then pasting the party to another page caused all but one Token to lose all it's settings. This happened every time there was a page change. I know you guys are breakin' yer balls to get this straightened out so I'll continue to report problems, but I aint gonna do any more bitchin' Keep up the development of the best OnLine Table Top Experience so far!

Sorry you couldn't get in Chicken, they could have used a Rogue (the Last PreGen left of the original 8)
