Any way to handle elevation in dynamic lighting?

I was curious if there was a certain setting or combination of settings that accurately mimics how elevation would work. Such as, on this side of dynamic lighting, I can see just fine, but on the other side it appears blocked.

Is it best to just use the reveal area for this? Any advice at all will be helpful I'm sure.

Not currently.

The closest you can get to it, that I can think of at least, is draw like an X shape on top of the hill. It lets you kinda see it from one side, but not past it.
Not perfect, but it works, and the X shape does work for other things too, where you want LOS blocked, but still make out the item, like trees or pillars.

Or in case of a hill, it might work to draw a DL line on the top crest of the hill. That way you can't look past it when on either side. Depends on the shape of the item you want blocking i guess.

It's not a dynamic lighting solution but a user made an API script that adds a count of how many units a token is vertically to represent flying/hovering.
