As I'm not sure what Maximum Xcrawl is, I would recommmend go with the sheet that the game is based on which you say is pathfinder. If the sheet is not what you want, you can just create a simple one with the journals entries. The first tab would be just like a paper sheet with all your info and the second tab would have all your stats and entries in the left column while your macros are in the right column called abilities.
