Some Handout Suggestions

1. GM only notes section. 2. Allow Player's to create notes sections that they can make visible to other players or not. 3. A way to create links to other Handouts. 4. The ability to create different description sections on a handout visible by different players. That way you could release a handout but limit the information each player knows about an item or location. In combination with #2, one of the players could then piece together the group knowledge, create a new notes section and then make it visible to all the players. I believe that #1 has already been suggested but I'm not sure if it has been implemented yet (doesn't appear to be). #2 I know that we can allow players to edit Handouts but I think it would be even more useful if each player could have their own notes on a handout and be able to decide who can see those notes. Lastly a way to create links between handouts would be very a powerful addition for Roll20. #4 would be just awesome.
I like these suggestions. I believe your #1 is actually having the GM notes being it's own tab of the entry instead of at the bottom of the bio? It's annoying needing to scroll to the bottom to see them. It'd be better if it was a GM only tab and if permissions could be set in that tab too...
+1
Oh, I like these suggestions.  Player notes are a great idea.  And I'd love to have a GM Notes tab!  Terratani is right that it's a pain to scroll all the way down. +1
+1 to all.  Really, really good ideas.
I hadn't really thought about having the GM notes on another tab but yes you are right, it would be great. Something else that would be a good addition in general: When you resize a handout, journal or character window, the system should remember that size instead of defaulting back to the default.
Big +1 especially to the window size/position defaults.  The advanced dice roller makes me a little crazy.  You have to quickly move it in order to see the dice!
