I don't know of any real Mass Effect Table Tops but I've heard of people playing some home brewed out there and would love to join and play. Mass Effect is my favorite universe and I would love to jump in a game of it with others.
Not sure if anyone is actually doing a Table Top for Mass Effect, but if you strictly want to just "live" within that universe there is a forum based roleplay called Mass Effect Universe. There's no actual die rolling from what I recall and pretty heavy in character details. Hope this post helps you out.
I've been hoping that someone would develop a Mass Effect game. I thought it may happen since Dragon Age was made into a table-top game. Anyways good luck. I hope you find something.
