Hey guys, my name's Gray and I've had about ten years of DnD experience. I use a very player-driven, improvisational DMing style, and love teaching new players the game if they're willing to put themselves out there and play. I typically work best with parties that enjoy roleplay and world-interaction, and I try to only run combat encounters when they're actually relevant- i.e. no random meaningless encounters. If you want to go raid a dungeon, I'm all for it, but I don't like just having goblins attack you guys on the road without a reason behind it other than "combatyay". And, just in case, I will say that I'm hoping to try out the E6 variant rules if this campaign makes it that far. If you don't know what that is, the easiest way to explain it is that it prevents PCs from owning the world simply because they're high level and powerful. I want my game to be realistic- even if you are the best swordsman in all the land, that doesn't mean you can't be killed by someone else. E6 promotes strategy and planning for bigger encounters rather than level grinding. So please, if you're interested, leave me a message here on the thread with a little bit about yourself and any questions or concerns you may have, and I'll PM you with my Skype information if appropriate.
