I have two players who share a computer, and neither of them can hear any sounds from ROll20. No music, no talking, and no chat pings. There sounds works fine for everything else. Anyone know why, or how to fix it?
Moved to Bug Reports and Technical Issues. Does the sound work for that computer when there is only one player? Could you please have the player(s) post so that we can better troubleshoot? - Gauss
This is one of the players, the girlfriend of the player who owns the computer. We share the same account and just flip back and forth between character sheets and posts. Sound works normally on everything else on the computer (Netflix, Skype, Youtube, etc.), just no audio from Roll20. It's quite odd.
Rahel, could you please go to http://supportdetails.com/ and report what you get there (except IP address). Are you using Roll20 native or Google+ Hangouts? - Gauss
