is there a way to take a uniquely named card from one deck and put it into another without having to edit the decks manually by deleting it and adding the parts to the other deck?
At the moment this is not possible. If you upgrade your account you will be able to use API to shuffle cards on the tabletop and transfer/copy them between decks, as might be necessary for games like Magic the Gathering or Dominion.
