Do you love George R.R. Martin's epic saga, A Song of Ice & Fire ? Or the hit TV series Game of Thrones ? If you do then, A Song of Ice & Fire RPG may be for you! Set in the flavorful, detail-rich medieval fantasy world created by Martin, we're playing the campaign "Peril in King's Landing." We've already created a House (in the Stormlands) and played the opening chapter, but don't let that you stop you from joining. The party has just arrived at the gates of King's Landing and one more associate is set to join the tale. With relatively simple d6 mechanics, this game allows for expansive mechanics for social intrigue and warfare, not just combat. Courtesans, spies, generals, knights, and knaves all have a place in this game of politics, deception, glory, grandeur, and thrones. Game is alternate Saturdays, 1-5pm, beginning this Saturday, May 25. Newcomers to the system are welcome. The rules will be provided. The Narrator (GM) will work with you to create a character that fits the setting and the established House and characters. Passion for the setting and the style of storytelling, pleasant disposition, and ability to make regular game sessions are more valuable than roleplaying experience. You can learn the game, but I can't teach you to love Westeros and only you know or control your schedule.
