Hello, I can't seem to find permissions that make it so players can and can not draw on a map. The default seems to allow players to draw. I would like to remove this permission.

This isn't controllable by permissions. It is on the list of suggestions that the devs know about but likely won't get addressed for quite a while.
Personally ... last time one of my PCs didn't listen to me when I asked him to stop drawing he happened to walk into a pit trap :p
