When we meet and play Pathfinder, I use Hero Lab's Tactical Console to keep track of rounds. It looks like this: The idea is to make a customisable turn tracker in the same way like the character sheet and roll templates with html/css. You can have an image, name, what ever text you need and buttons for activating rolls, macros etc. Button examples: Show list of skills in the chat window with roll buttons, attack, parry, add condition etc.
