Cannot access campaign

Whenever I access my campaign, it just keeps refreshing just as it loads in. The last thing I remember doing is looking at the transmogrifier but I can access other campaigns just fine. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Try temporarily disabling your anti-virus and see if that makes a difference.

Okay, I've disabled all extensions and add-ons from firefox, disabled my anti-virus and firewalls when testing the campaign and cleared my cache. The problem still presists, though.

Are you able to test connecting to this campaign from a different computer on the same network?

Hmmm... no I can't. Using my laptop, I get the same problem. However, when accessing it from another location (I was around at a friends) I didn't get the problem I do at home.

That suggests to me that the problem might be either your router/firewall or your ISP itself.

Kamkaze, to add on to what Steve said and ask something. Is your router/firewall separate from your broadband modem (two boxes instead of one)? if so try temporarily connecting to the modem itself and see if that eliminates the problem. If it does then you will need to go into the router/settings to find the rules or setting that is interferring. If it a router/modem (most commonly used by ISPs) you will need to either gain access and check your settings or have the ISP do it (some ISPs locked the user out of the router/modem settings). Thats the best I can suggest on the forums for anything more goes into off-topic discussion.
