So I am looking to design a character for an anime know as "A Certain Scientific Railgun" which is a Spin off to "A Certain Magical Index." The Game Master/ Story Teller should be very familiar with the anime series at the very least and interested in telling a story based on the life of my Original Character, who is thrust into life at Academy City after being discovered to have high Level ESPer abilities. Coming from a low class family, it is a big surprise when she is offered a full and complete scholarship to one of the top 5 school in Academy City, "Tokiwa-Dai Middle School."
