would any one have a link to rules in a pdf?

Well, I don't really think there are established rules per se. We've been rotating the GM between Jim (Roy Hinkley), myself(Tristiepr), and Sarah (Phlu) to give everybody a chance to play. If you know how to, you can roll your own character (we've been using classic Traveller Book 4 Mercenary), and have myself or Jim look it over.

That's about it, we try to be pretty open to allow fun gameplay. We've been mostly running off of Classic Traveller, but we have adapted to a different combat system we found, if you join the campaign it's a handout labeled "Combat System C".

yep, kool, sounds good. ill keep hunting for one as getting my hard copy might be a problem, and my memory is not good enough to do it off the cuff. i do believe that there is a game in about 16 hours from now, so ill drop in for that. Also what Voip are you using?

The game is 22 hours from now. Wednesday 25th, at 8:00pm CST. We use Mumble, which is a voice chat client. Once you've setup Mumble, the Mumble server to join is "jpmiii.com" at port 64738.

sorry again people, still unwell and looks like ill be on my back for a while, so for your sake looks like ill have to pull out to save you any hassles, was fun and was good to get to know you all. hopefully we will get to play some time in the future.

Hmm, i have the books to mongoose version of traveller. im guessing they dont exactly work with each other do they?

Mongoose and Classic end up generating characters that are close enough for us. We can use Mongoose to generate your character for our game. We use combat system C for combat, custom damage effects script, and the occasional skill roll.
