Uploading Documents Freezing

Hi I'm trying to upload both PDF and .doc documents to my campaign journal but once I've selected or dropped a file into the journal I get a green striped line and nothing else there is no sign of the document being saved or anything else, if I click save changes and then check the document it is blank - any ideas?
I'm having the same thing happen.

I'm not 100% sure about .doc files, but I know we presently can not upload pdf files into Roll20.
To clarify, I'm actually uploading a tif. I even left it to upload overnight, thinking things were just moving slowly. Next morning...still green bar. Upload didn't go through.

I doubt that .tif is supported in Roll20 either. Neither Chrome or Firefox can display them. BMPs, PNGs, JPGs, GIFs (non-animated) should all upload just fine. Tiff files are great for print, but aren't really designed for the web. The image size is massive in comparison to the previously mentioned file types.
That's correct, TIF is not a supported file format for upload.
Yep changing it to a GIF fixed it up. It would be nice if there was an error message or somesuch added in to let you know though...
