Can't Drag Journal Items Into an Empty Folder In Journal

I'm running Chrome and I can create a new folder but when I try to drag items into it the item either ends up above or below the new folder, not in it. If I create a new item in the folder there's no issue dragging an item into the folder, so this only seems to affect empty folders. Love the folders by the way!
If you drag it to where it's beneath the folder, then move the cursor horizontally to the right, does it put it in the folder?
You can't drag anything to an empty folder. You have to create something in the folder first. I posted about this in the mentor thread a while ago.
I mean, I'm able to, but like I said, you have to drag it horizontally to indicate you want it in the folder. I'll keep working to see if we can make it easier to do...

As Riley said, at the bottom of the folder structure you drag the item horizontally to nest it inside the empty folder. Edit: NINJA'D!
I'll concede that's probably working as designed but it's not intuitive at all. I'm sure I won't be the last to post about this. I'd consider it a UAT bug, not a functional bug.
Ah, that is not intuitive at all to me...
Indeed, as I said, we'll continue to work on it. But just wanted to point out that it is indeed possible. I think a better solution might be to also support dragging and dropping the item "onto" the folder name? That might be more intuitive.
I love the folder system. I agree, however, that i didn't intuitively know how to drop items into new folders or sub-folders. Had to come find this thread to see the example of it.
I agree. I thought it was broke until I saw it here and inferred that you had to click on the person or handout symbol and drag and not the name. Is it possible to make the whole name work for this function? It would help keep down the confusion..
