Community Forums: Apply credits without putting in a card?

Is there an option to do this? Or does the person have to put in a card and cancel? because I don't think he wants to put in a card (his name's Renato, a player in one of my games, and I"m a player in one of his). Could you apply the credit toward three $4.99 memberships for him?

I already paid and gave it to him. He already has $15.00 on his account. He needs a way to not put in a credit card while using the credits I put on his account.
