This is in addition to the environmental effect which is muting magic, and growing stronger by the week. -An effect that prevents arcane and divine magic from always working. This will get stronger with time until players find and eliminate the source. Concentration roll versus environment with dc scaling with time. Failure means spell is suppressed but not lost. -No dump stats (below 9 base) -As above, 3.5 undead incorporeal and constructs. Ful condition lmmunity and crit immunity stack All DM rolls will be public except player Sense Motive and Perception rolls. No shenanigans. This includes monster attacks
