Emits Light does nothing on tokens

Not sure if this is a bug or just a user error but I have "Emits Light" activated on my tokens (right now at 30/15/360) and the Dynamic Lighting controls turned on for my map and the light is not being dimmed at all. Line of Site is working just fine — blocking light where I've draw areas on the DL layer — and the token's "Has Sight" is enabled — I even have it set to 180 degrees and that's working. It's just that the light is not extending to 30 ft only (which should be about ten hexes on my map) and dimming at 15. The token can see everything except where his LOS is hindered by the shapes I've drawn. Where am I going wrong?

30/15/360 should be right (30 feet light, dimming after 15, 360 degrees around the token).

Are there any other light sources providing illumination, do you have global illumination selected, do you have a x2 multiplier in effect (therefore boosting full light to 30 and dim from 30-60?)?

Failing that, have you viewed it as a player to make sure it isn't magic GM sight giving a flawed idea of the lighting?

If you check the map properties, what do you have set as the 'scale' of a unit (5 ft is default I believe)?

If it's no longer 5 ft per square then it will have thrown your light calculations out of whack so make sure the light distances are changed to account for the units of measurement that you're using (the ruler is a good way to double check).

There is a Dynamic Lighting Style Guide that you might find useful.

For Dynamic Lighting to work for your player, the player has to have a token on the board that has been set to Controlled By "That Player" and that token also has to have "Has Sight" checked from the advanced tab.

There needs to be a light source in the scene with a Light Radius large enough to emit light and without any light obstructions blocking it from the player seeing the light. The light source also has to have the "All Players See Light" option checked.

Also check to make sure you don't have Fog of War also turned on as that will create a second layer of darkness that has to be revealed in a different manner.
