Spellbook Custom DC

Ok first I'm probably sure that the reset is caused since custom DC field is designed numeric. what I want to use is a macro value instead: [[8+@{Rahxiros|PB}+@{Rahxiros|strength_mod}]] so basically yes I have a character with spellcasting ability and spell saves come from STR. Basicly this is what happens: I chose custom DC and put [[8+@{Rahxiros|PB}+@{Rahxiros|strength_mod}]] or 8+@{Rahxiros|PB}+@{Rahxiros|strength_mod} (without brackets) and when i close and reopen the window the value is reset to 0 as it should. I'm not a paid member so is there a possible way for me to do this as non static STR DC on the spellbook. the only other way I can think of is to put the DC as inline to description or somewhere there but if it's possible I don't want to add this as in line to every spell save description. little screenshots about the issue: goes back to this:
did I cause people to reveal a national secret or something? even the dev team member's post was removed after replying this
Haha Alican, Sorry I responded initially but realized that my response was just flat out wrong... The only thing that could realistically be done would be a sheet enhancement that changes this from a number to a text box. But of course this is something that Actoba would need to determine if he thinks it fits/makes sense, I would suggest that you post this suggestion to his "One Item" thread: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1714315/if-you-c...

The spellbook section is really designed for spells and not class features like the fighter superiority dice...but right now you have a few options - If the only thing you are using the spellbook for is the fighter superiority dice and there are no other spells that this would cause a problem with, you can enter (@{strength_mod}+@{PB}) in the spell save dc bonus field in the core stats section of the sheet, and set the spell row to the custom option and leave the custom dc set to zero. Use the new class action section for your fighter superiority dice options. this is the intended usage Edit: and yes the custom DC field is numeric only...which is why it wont save the non numeric input you add to it.
It's not exactly superiority dice, it's like a homebrew rule on this bulky dragonborn's spell casting type :) STR instead of regular spell DC's like druid's wis, wizard's int but I get your point and I wrote it on Class tab and linked output to spellcast (that feature is great by the way nice job :). So thanks for the help ^^ I can now see the custom DC on spells. The only odd part is I need to leave the regular save output to see each individual spell's save type (vs dex or will or con etc.) and it has DC of zero on the top and the custom DC at the bottom. But it still works great. Thanks again :)
