Hello there everyone, My name is Cory and I am a 27 year old living in the U.S. (Eastern Time Zone). I have been an avid gamer for years, a lover of fantasy, but have never had the opportunity to play a pen and paper RPG. Probably due to the fact I was raised in rural Oklahoma, and then traveled a lot for school and work. I am new to Roll20, new to D&D, but would love to start playing with a weekly group, preferably on the weekends, but the evenings during the week work as well. I am quick to learn, and have listened to a couple of D&D podcasts (Critical Hit / Drunks & Dragons), as well as watching some videos of players playing campaigns and playing Neverwinter, so I'm familiar with rolling initiative and saving throws. Please, reach out to me if you have need for a creative roleplayer in your campaign. I have been writing as a hobby since I was 12, and am more interested in the roleplaying aspect of the game than the actual combat. (That's not to say I don't love cracking skulls, I just prefer to roleplay how I'm cracking skulls, or how I'm downing ales, or how little I trust our halfling rogue). Thanks everyone! EDIT - Just to clarify, I will play in other systems, just had the most exposure to D&D (Primarily 3.5 and 4th editions).
