White bit where some of the map should be

i'm making a Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign with some friends, but one of them can only see some of the map and we dont know why, it's as if some of the map isn't even there, there's black boxes which i put there but not the map itself

This has been found to be linked to using the latest version of chrome (various other threads exist to confirm this) get the person with the problem to try another browser of a different version of chrome :)

Joel, if you can have that person post in this thread, it might be helpful towards getting this resolved. Suggest that they please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
