Pathfinder Adventures Being Run Exclusively For Players New To Roll20 and Pathfinder

Watch for Pathfinder Events being run for New Players, I will be running several of these over the next few weeks in an attempt to spark interest in Pathfinder and Roll20. These games will generally be run at about 8:00 PM CST or CDT, during the week NOT on weekends.

i'd* like to join and do you mind if i use a custom class, it's a modified fighter class that i made. (if not i have already made a character with a default class) it may be offensive also only difference is the name and they get +2 in strength and charisma and they lose the weapon focus and only start with 150 gp instead of 175. also the class skills are Bluff, Diplomacy, Perception, and Sense Motive.

I'd be interested in this. Is there anything needed to start?

I'd love to try out PF, and this would be my first time playing on Roll20. I have a character, but the group I was gonna play with never got going, so he's never been used. He's a dwarven ranger. How do I join?

Watch for the postings for the Next Event, and remember this is for New Players wanting to learn how to use Roll20 and Pathfinder. These games all use a Pre Determined Party of Adventurers and they only last one session, this is not a full fledged campaign. Anyone is welcomed to play but all Characters are PreGenerated sorry.

@Jeff, I am def. interested. I think I mentioned this in a PM, but I played quite a bit of 3.0 and some 3.5, but would really like to delve into Pathfinder.

The first event was very successful, all six players including some that had never played any RPG had a very good time, I as a GM enjoyed the game as much as the players. And save for one little audio glitch of one player for a brief time Roll20 performed perfectly.

^ Was part of that game (the guy with the audio problem too =P) Let me just say that this game was a blast! I can't wait to play again.

I am glad to see there is interest but please don't ask to play and then after receiving the link just not show up. It is very easy to simply post "oh this sounds like fun sign me up" and then forget you asked about it by the next day. I've have PM'd several players who asked on more than one occasion "Yeah, I'm really interested" and when the game is scheduled and played we never hear from them again, this is does not sit well with GMs wanting to run games. One more little tid bit of rant, Unless you are serious about running a game don't just throw out a "New GM starting a Nudes and Nymphs campaign" and then attract players, and then offer them nothing because you thought you could run something that will hold their interest without a clue as to what it takes to run a Good Game. All done, sorry about the Rant but again I ask, THINK before you POST!

Yeah, that Nudes and Nymphs campaign was a total bust. I find the stickied post announcement in the lfg area quite valuable, and agree with you on the "please respond to your posts" sentiment, though realistically I expect it's more of an ideal than a standard. Hopefully part of the disorganization we're currently facing is just a past of roll20's growing pains. I'm looking forward to one of these 'beginner' games if I can make them in the future, it's always appreciated when good GMs lend their time.

I will try too run another one of these sessions on Sunday Night. Only PM me if you are serious about playing. The Session uses all Pre-Generated Legal Pathfinder Characters and no one knows what they are until they log in to play. I will Post the Sunday Game separately.

I would love to get in on one of these games, although it looks like your next one (or two or three) is full. My schedule varies from week to week but on nights I'm off I could game at 8. I've played Pathfinder for a while but I'm new to roll20 and would really like to give this a try.

Hey everyone thanks for the game last night. Especially the DM AJAX for the time preparing the adventure and being patient with us noobs. I was the wizard. Lots of fun but I really had to go as I got <6 hours sleep before full day of training at work lol
