Wanna play but need some help

Hi guys I'm pretty new here and a very inexperienced D&D player I'd love to play but im a little confused as far as character creation goes, if someone would help me out it would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone has a game that welcomes new players and would help a guy out learning to play that would be awesome.

oh and the sooner the better im trying to learn for another game im playing friday and don't wanna be to noobish

i have skype and am somewhat familiar with 3.5 and have been working on this character but im not sure if its made right

Please help me. I cannot figure this out im coming up with numbers that are not working....

1) Assuming things here, but the game you are preparing for is 3.5? 2) What exactly do you need help with? 3) I am unable to access your sheet with the link you provided I personally do not really know 3.5, but if you provide answers to the above, I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction. The more specifics, the better.
