/roll doesn't work?

In one of my campaigns i've tried everything for /roll to actually roll, it says it's rolling the dice but it doesn't show the number. Any thing I could do? I've cleared cookies, tried different browsers, kicked and re-invited to the campaign, restarted the computer, messed with all the settings and nothing!

Can you roll dice by other methods without a problem? Such as, open the Dice window from the toolbar on the left & click to roll dice. Does that work? Second question, do you have the 3D dice turned on? What if you try it with 3D dice turned off?

I've tried using the otherway to roll dice, 3d dice is off as well. I tried it with it on too.
