Looking around the wiki, it appears that the GM needs to create all the characters and then assign them to players. Is this the case or can players access this and create thier own PC's?
The gm's create a sheet, blank or fully developed depends on the gm, and assigns the sheet to a player. That lets the player work on the sheet for the most part.
You are welcomed and if you have anymore questions then feel free to post away. There will be someone around that can answer the question, maybe not as fast but you will get an answer.
